[:it]Un piccolo paese che vanta una straordinaria storia millenaria. Importante crocevia del Caucaso, si affaccia con vigoroso slancio sulla scena internazionale del terzo millennio, forte di un’economia in rapida crescita. Uno Stato al tempo stesso islamico e laico, molte religioni convivono pacificamente e la Costituzione garantisce piena parità di diritti tra uomo e donna.
Baku, la sua capitale ha ospitato quest’anno il suo secondo Gran Premio di F1 (la gara dello scorso anno in città è stata definita il Gran Premio d’Europa). Ma oggi, ancora pochi sanno che questo frammento dell’Asia centrale, ancora poco conosciuto, ha recentemente inaugurato due sedi culturali molto importanti, dedicate a nomi illustri, che hanno segnato la storia del Paese.
Il primo taglio del nastro, avvenuta lo scorso novembre 2017 a cura del Capo dello Stato, vede l’inaugurazione del Museo dedicato a Mirza Shafi Vazeh a Ganja, edificato con il sostegno della Fondazione Heydar Aliyev. La costruzione del museo è iniziata a marzo 2016 e si è conclusa a novembre 2017. L’edificio a due piani dispone di sale per esposizioni, conferenze e sale amministrative. Intorno al museo, un parco intitolato all’intellettuale, copre un’area di due ettari e custodisce la statua che rappresenta il poeta.
La seconda importante “ouvertoure”, sempre in presenza del Presidente Ilham Aliyev, è rappresentata dal nuovo edificio della Filarmonica di Stato della città di Ganja. Un edificio a sei piani che dispone di sale amministrative, di formazione, di make-up, di regia e di ricreazione e di una mensa. L’edificio ospita anche una sala concerti di 1200 posti e una sala conferenze di 300 posti, 11 hall, tra cui una VIP.
La filarmonica è anche biblioteca per la vendita di libri. Le statue di celebri compositori come Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Fikrat Amirov, Gara Garayev, Niyazi e Arif Malikov sono posizionate sul balcone al terzo piano dell’edificio.
Nell’area esterna è stata costruita anche un’area per concerti estivi all’aperto, una torre di osservazione, un parcheggio sotterraneo per 500 automobili e una galleria a due piani di due blocchi di edifici con una superficie complessiva di 2.000 metri quadrati.
Durante la costruzione della filarmonica sono stati eseguiti lavori esterni ad arricchire il paesaggio, e installate due fontane decorate con ornamenti nazionali.

The first cut of the ribbon, which took place last November 2017 by the Head of State, was the inauguration of the Museum dedicated to Mirza Shafi Vazeh in Ganja, built with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The construction of the museum began in March 2016 and ended in November 2017. The two-story building has rooms for exhibitions, conferences and administrative. Around the museum, a park dedicated to the intellectual, covers an area of two hectares and houses where the main statue represents the poet.
The second important “ouvertoure”, always with the presence of President Ilham Aliyev, is represented by the new building of the State Philharmonic of the city of Ganja. A six-story building that has administrative, training, make-up, directing and recreation rooms and a canteen. The building also include a 1200-seat concert hall and a 300-seat conference hall, 11 halls, including VIP area.
The philharmonic is also a library for selling books. The statues of famous composers such as Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Fikrat Amirov, Gara Garayev, Niyazi and Arif Malikov are placed on the balcony on the third floor of the building.
In the outdoor area, were also built, a special area for outdoor summer concerts, an observation tower, an underground car park for 500 cars and a two-story gallery of two building blocks with a total surface area of 2,000 square meters.
During the construction of the Philharmonic, external works were carried out to enrich the landscape, and installed two fountains decorated with national ornaments.
