[:it]Il Golden Bridge è uno spettacolare ponte pedonale sospeso situato sulle colline di Ba Na, vicino a Danang, in Vietnam. In vietnamita si chiama “Cầu Vàng”, tradotto letteralmente “Ponte d’oro”.
La principale caratteristica è data dalla presenza di due mani gigantesche con il palmo aperto e rivolto verso l’alto che sembrano sorreggere la larga passerella. Un’effetto scenico unico abbinato alla vista mozzafiato che si gode sul paesaggio circostante.
Le mani sono alte circa 24 metri per 13 di larghezza, quindi veramente imponenti e forti, anche se finite in modo che sembrino già vecchie e usurate, per creare contrasto tra modernità e tradizione, il sospeso e il legame alla terraferma.
Si trova a circa 1.400 metri di altitudine, nella catena montuosa Annamita, ed è raggiungibile tramite un’altra opera eccezionale: la Ba Na Cable Car Service, la funivia più lunga a cavo unico del mondo (entrata nei Guinness World Records), quindi un’abbinata assolutamente imperdibile. E’ lunga 5.801 metri e questa distanza viene percorsa in soli 17 minuti.
Un’esperienza che permette di abbinare due delle attrazioni principali del Vietnam centrale a dei panorami indimenticabili.[:en]The Golden Bridge is a spectacular suspended pedestrian bridge located on the hills of Ba Na, near Danang, Vietnam. The main feature is given by the presence of two gigantic hands with the palm open and facing upwards that seem to support the wide catwalk. A unique scenic effect combined with the breathtaking view that can be enjoyed on the surrounding landscape.
The hands are about 24 meters high by 13 wide, therefore truly imposing and strong, even if finished so that they already look old and worn, to create contrast between modernity and tradition, the suspended and the bond to the mainland.
It is located at about 1.400 meters above sea level, in the Annamita mountain range, and can be reached by another exceptional work: the Ba Na Cable Car Service, the longest single cable car in the world (entered in the Guinness World Records), therefore a combination absolutely not to be missed.
