Il nuovo ecolodge, situato a circa 10 minuti di auto dalla riserva di Analamazaotra, famosa per la sua ricchissima fauna e flora lussureggiante, permette una vera e propria immersione nella natura.
In questo luogo sono presenti:
– 120 specie di orchidee, la maggior parte sono il epifite con il 100% di endemicità, si trovano solo qui!.
– oltre 1200 specie di piante con una endemicità del 77%.
– 11 specie di lemuri, ma anche alcuni rari carnivori e una ricca fauna di micromammiferi.
– 109 specie di uccelli e 3 delle 5 diverse specie di Brachipteraciidi, uccelli terricoli che esistono solo qui
In questo Parco è possibile organizzare diverse escursioni, la più attraente è quella che porta all’avvistamento dei lemuri «Indri o Babakoto», che detiene il primato tra i più grandi lemuri esistenti con una lunghezza testa-corpo di circa 68 cm e peso compreso tra 6 e i 9 kg . Si tratta di un lemure bianco e nero che mantiene una postura eretta quando sale o si aggrappa agli alberi, non ha la coda.
Il lodge, posizionato su una collina di 100 metri di altezza, offre una splendida vista sulla foresta e sul villaggio di Andasibe. Il ristorante e la sua enorme terrazza si affacciano sulla rigogliosa foresta circostante, scenario perfetto per ammirare il tramonto. Gli ospiti hanno anche accesso al lounge bar e alla zona lettura.
Il lodge dispone anche di una piscina a sfioro e due sale massaggi per rendere ancora più piacevole il soggiorno degli ospiti.

In this Park it is possible to organize several excursions, the most attractive is the one that leads to the sighting of the lemurs «Indri or Babakoto», which holds the record among the largest existing lemurs with a head-body length of about 68 cm and weight included between 6 and 9 kg. It is a black and white lemur that maintains an upright posture when it climbs or clings to the trees, it has no tail.
The lodge, located on a 100 meter high hill, offers a wonderful view of the forest and the village of Andasibe. The restaurant and its huge terrace overlook the lush surrounding forest, a perfect setting to watch the sunset. Guests also have access to the lounge bar and reading area.
