Anniversary Tourism Connection

The Tourism Connection® Sales Representative & Marketing project was born on 1 July 2013 with the aim of offering the market an innovative idea of representation and consultancy based first of all on the deep knowledge of the destinations and services offered with total and personalized assistance that truly supports both the client and the client.

And July 12, 2023 at the Le Rovedine Golf Club, on the outskirts of Milan, was the occasion to celebrate the 10th anniversary with over 50 tour operators, suppliers and simple friends who have supported and appreciated the work done over the years.

The green of the golf lawns and the blue of the club-house swimming pool were the perfect setting for this event which was able to combine moments of leisure by offering the participants the opportunity to try their hand on the course thanks to the golf instructors, convivial events that characterized the evening with a rich buffet.

“It was an opportunity to meet all the people who have always supported us so far and who, once again, wanted to show us their trust and affection.

It has been ten years characterized by numerous challenges, in which we have consolidated and expanded our business in an increasingly competitive and profoundly changed market after the pandemic. We will continue to commit ourselves with perseverance and dedication in supporting and strengthening the representations on the Italian territory that have already chosen to collaborate with us.

Not only that, the demand and interest in our country are constantly growing, for this reason our team will soon expand with the entry of a new sales account to be able to guarantee a product and service with high quality standards.”

Vietnam Visti

Good news for those who want to visit Vietnam

The National Assembly approved a proposal by the Vietnamese government to extend the validity of tourist e-Visas from 30 to 90 days and allow multiple entries for visitors.

The changes will go into effect on August 15, 2023.

Citizens of some Western European countries, Japan and South Korea, Vietnam’s main tourist markets, can now visit without a visa for 15 days.
They also triple the duration of visa-free stays to 45 days for visitors from certain countries, including Italy.

Vietnam currently offers e-Visas to citizens of 80 countries and territories and visa waivers for citizens of 25 countries, mostly for 15-30 days, a policy seen as less generous than other countries in its neighborhood.

In the first five months of this year, Vietnam received 4.6 million foreign visitors, more than half of the year’s target of eight million, but still just 63% of pre-pandemic levels.

NEW POST COVID RULES FOR ENTRY TO MAURITIUS

NEW POST COVID RULES FOR ENTRY TO MAURITIUS

Mauritius

As reported by the Viaggiare Sicuri website, https://www.viaggiaresicuri.it/find-country/country/MUS  which we always recommend consulting before embarking on a trip abroad, from 20/1/2023 “entry to Mauritius it is permitted without distinction to vaccinated and non-vaccinated travellers, without the obligation to present any vaccination certificate or the negative result of an anti-Covid test. The obligation – for non-vaccinated travelers – to undergo a period of fiduciary isolation once they arrive in Mauritius also ceases.”

However, as also indicated on the Mauritius government website, which can be reached at the linkhttps://mauritiusnow.com/ , it is necessary to fill in the “Mauritius All-in-One Travel Digital Form” directly online 72 hours before departure, accessible at the link https://safemauritius.govmu.org/ .

Once the required fields have been filled in, a PDF file will be generated with a QR code which can be presented upon arrival at the airport to the Mauritian authorities.

The use of the mask on site is no longer mandatory, except within hospitals and health centers – both public and private – in rest homes, centers for people with disabilities and in passenger terminals within airports and ports.
